Intro To Film Production: July 17th-21st
This intensive Introductory Course provides an immersive introduction to the exciting world of professional film production. You will be working extensively with HD cameras and professional editing equipment throughout the course, and will receive hands-on experience of writing, shooting, directing and editing your own films.

Scriptwriting and Screenwriting: July 10th-14th
You will learn how to prepare and develop an idea into a finished script, how to tap into funding and how to write your way into the film industry. This course takes an interactive and proactive approach rather than focusing on just screenwriting theory. It is aimed at inspiring, nurturing and stimulating you to create your own ideas and develop your skills as a screenwriter.

Adobe After Effects: July 10th-12th
This three day Adobe After Effects course in Dublin suits beginners and self-taught users of After Effects alike. It is a comprehensive tour through all the features and toolsets of After Effects CC from the basics of layer-based animation to the complexities of 2.5D camera-based scenes.

Day One
  • Learning the Workflow
  • Rendering and Exporting
  • Basic Animation using Effects and Presets
  • Animating Text
  • Constructing Backgrounds with Shape Layers
Day Two
  • Create a Web Spot using Parenting, Track Mattes, Slideshows and Audio
  • Animate Photoshop Layers
  • Working with Masks: Replacing Computer Screen Content
  • Compositing using Rotobrushing, Puppet Tools and Custom Expressions
  • Keying, Colour Correction and Clone Stamping (removing and replacing video)

  • Create a 3D Scene

Video Editing With Final Cut Pro X: July 17th-19th
This three-day, hands-on course will teach you everything from basic video editing techniques all the way through to Final Cut Pro’s advanced features such as colour correction and multi-cam editing. This is practitioner training using supplied media to learn the practical techniques used daily in editing of projects and best practice in media management.
