Eurotek Brings Digital Ad Network to The Square
20 Jul 2010 | Ireland’s Eurotek and advertising group, CBS Outdoor have recently finished work on a mammoth project in Tallaght’s The Square shopping centre as part of the centre’s new €250 million redevelopment plan.

Working Title Fill Gary Shore's 'Cup of Tears'
17 Jun 2010 | Gary Shore (The Draught) put his blood, sweat and tears into a trailer for ‘Cup of Tears’, a live action version of Japanese animation. The short trailer did a rapid tour through hundreds of LA inboxes and now UK company Working Title have come on board to transform Shore’s trailer into a large scale feature film. The director spoke to IFTN about his project’s extraordinary journey thus far... 
Sir John Hegarty Swims with Kinsale Sharks
11 May 2010 | Sir John Hegarty has been chosen as this Honorary President for the 2010 Kinsale Shark Awards. The advertising heavyweight will speak at the event alongside friends and fellow ad execs Billy Mawhinney and Max Forsythe. The festival will, this year, feature new digital categories designed by Ogilvyone’s David Birss.

Director Karl Golden Inks Broadway Commercials Deal
14 Jan 2010 | Broadway Films have announced that they will be representing Irish director Karl Golden (The Honeymooners, Belonging to Laura) for commercials in the UK market. Golden, who has just completed his third feature film, is the first Irish director that Broadway Films’ MD Toby Courlander has signed since he started the company at the end of 2009. 
BAI Reveals Results of Independent Political Advertising Report
17 Nov 2009 | The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) has announced the publication of a research report on the issue of political advertising. Entitled ‘Political Advertising: The regulatory Position and the Public View’ the report was written by Dr. Kevin Rafter and was funded through the BAI’s Media Research Bursary Scheme.

14 Jul 2009 | Post Production facilities Screen Scene has been very busy in recent weeks with festival work, commercials, films, television and updating their website. ‘His and Hers’ by Ken Wardop, which on Sunday picked up Best Feature Award at the Galway Film Fleadh, was post produced in-house at the Dublin facility.

RTÉ Faces €68m Deficit for 2009
