| Indecon Section 481 Review |
| Submitted to the Department of Finance in November 2007, the Indecon report concerns an independent review of the Section 481
tax-based incentive scheme for the Irish film sector. The background to the study is the fact that incentives for the film industry contained in Section 481 of the Taxes Consolidation Act (as amended) are due to expire on 31 December 2008.
